As we prayed about and developed plans for implementing the GCC's work, we felt especially impressed of God to ask for significant financial support from Christian based businesses all around the globe. In Luke 12:48, the bible says, "…for unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required…". That is God's word to us. We know that it is true, and we know that it is pertinent to our lives individually. However, this principal is also applicable to our Christian businesses. He has given many of us great opportunity, and He has richly blessed our business efforts. We are merely stewards of His resources, though, not permanent storehouses. Now is the time to give back to the Lord that which is, and always has been, rightfully His.

Earlier in this document we stated that several tens of billions of dollars are still needed to eventually complete the Great Commission. As such, the support of Christian businesses (in addition to the support of individual Christians) is of critical importance. While it is true that God does not need any of us to accomplish His work, He can and does work through us. Today, we believe that many Christian businesses have been raised up as tools for a greater purpose. In His hands, these businesses can be a conduit for the many blessings and resources still needed to accomplish the Great Commission. We are confident that He has prepared many Christian businesses for such a time as this, to help accomplish saturation evangelism and church planting projects in partnership with the GCC.

So, what can your business do? You can support the GCC effort financially! This can be accomplished in a myriad of ways. Below are some specific examples:

• Give a lump sum contribution.
• Pledge regular, ongoing monthly contributions.
• Dedicate a percentage of all revenues you collect to the GCC (just as you would budget for any other expense against gross revenues.)
• Help the GCC acquire and manage other profitable businesses whose revenues may be dedicated solely to the spread of the Gospel.
• Help us raise funds through the philanthropic efforts of other, non-Christian businesses for both outreach and humanitarian and/or economic aid to the people we help evangelize.

The first two examples noted above are typical enough. The last three examples, however, may be considered bold and audacious suggestions by most. Good! We absolutely need businesses that are willing to step out in faith to accomplish something for Christ's sake that is bold and audacious. We serve a BIG God. It's time we stopped limiting Him. He can and will help us do something grand for the Kingdom if we will only be obedient to Him and His Word.
